While The New England Patriots & Seattle Seahawks provided enough action and drama on the field for this years Super Bowl which saw the Pats eventually clinching victory in the dying seconds, the half time show was equally dramatic with a theatrical performance from Katy Perry who also brought out special guests Lenny Kravitz & Missy Elliot who performed a medley of her hits ‘Get Ur Freak On’, ‘Work It’ & ‘Lose Control’.

Bruno Mars took to the stage and put on an emphatic 15 minute set as he went through his repertoire of hits before being joined by Red Hot Chilli Peppers where they went on to perform their classic track ‘Give It Away Now’.
Destiny’s Child – Nuclear
January 12, 2013It was announced earlier today that Destiny’s Child would reform during Beyonce’s halftime show at this years Super Bowl and that they would not only be performing a medley of their past hits but also their brand new track entitled “Nuclear”.
The new track is set to appear on DC’s upcoming compilation album “Love Songs” and is produced by Pharrell, considering that this is their first track for 8 years I thought they would of come with some more heat but instead we get the trio harmonising over a simple old school break….
