The 2014 BET Music Awards went down last night at LA’s Nokia Theatre and saw a whole bunch of performances from Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Usher, Robin Thicke & more. Winners on the night included Pharrell scooping ‘Best Male Rnb/Pop’, Nicki Minaj ‘Best Female Hip Hop’, Drake ‘Best Male Hip Hop’ and UK’s own Krept & Konan picked up ‘Best International’ award, for the complete list of winners & to see performances from the night peep after the jump!

After only a few days removed from unveiling the video to his apologetic single ‘Get Her Back’, Robin Thicke lets Dj Mustard work his magic on the track which see’s the West Coast beat-maker adding his signature finger snapping snares to the smooth ballad, maybe Paula will be more impressed with this version and welcome Robin back with open arms.
Robin Thicke continues with his attempts to woo back the love of his life and currently separated wife Paula Patton with the first set of visuals from his upcoming album ‘Paula’ with ‘Get Her Back’. The video is centred around text messages sent between the two with Robin Thicke begging for forgiveness, I’m not sure desperation really wins back a girls heart but I guess we will have to wait and see.
Robin Thicke took to the stage on The Voice last night and continued in his quest to win back the love of his life Paula Patton by performing his new track ‘Get Her Back’. Other artists performing on the night included Ed Sheeran who delivered a live rendition of his Pharrell produced single ‘Sing’.

The MTV VMA’s went down last night at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center which saw Justin Timberlake scoop up the most awards with 3 moonmen as well as winning the ‘Video Vanguard’ award, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis also had success winning 3 awards including best hip hop video for ‘Can’t Hold Us’.
The night also included an awkward performance from hip hop’s flavour of the month Miley Cyrus who performed her track ‘We Can’t Stop’ before helping Robin Thicke with his performance of ‘Give It 2 U’.
